This powerful acrylic on canvas is one of my most dramatic and emotional paintings. I poured my heart and soul into capturing the magical atmosphere of the Western Wall in Jerusalem at night.With bold, energetic palette-knife strokes, I painted a sky alive with deep blues, vibrant greens, fiery reds, and glowing oranges that seem to dance above the ancient stones. The Kotel stands strong and luminous, while crowds of worshippers appear as glowing figures, their souls shining in the darkness. The lights of the Old City twinkle in the background, creating a sacred and timeless feeling. In this work, I wanted to express the deep spirituality and quiet beauty of praying at the Kotel under the night sky — that special moment when heaven feels especially close.
