Raanan painted this painting on the floor, with a large house painter's brush flicking acrylic paint. A menorah shape emerged with suggestions of the Kotel in the impressionist, expansive sky.

The canvas started to contract, forming an interesting buckling on the bottom - bringing it down to earth with broad brushstrokes, a new Kotel emerged of iridescent gold.
